Usage Of MGDA-3Na
MGDA‑3Na is a readily‑biodegradable, phosphorus‑free chelating agent. It sequesters Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Fe³⁺, Cu²⁺ and other metal ions over a broad pH range (pH 2‑14). It serves as an eco‑friendly replacement for EDTA, NTA and phosphates in household, industrial and institutional formulations
1. Household & Institutional Cleaners
Automatic dishwashing detergents: Phosphate‑free co‑builder. Prevents lime‑scale filming and spotting on glassware and cutlery; improves removal of starch, protein and tea stains; stabilizes percarbonate/perborate bleaching agents; compatible with cleaning enzymes.
Laundry detergents & soap‑based cleaners: Softens hard water, inhibits insoluble calcium‑soap scum formation, prevents redeposition of dirt, enhances removal of blood, milk, oil and sebum stains; suitable for concentrated liquid detergent formulas.
Hard‑surface cleaners: For kitchen, bathroom and glass cleaners; anti‑scale effect under high‑alkaline conditions.
2. Industrial Cleaning
CIP (Clean‑in‑place) cleaning for food & beverage, dairy and brewery equipment; dissolves milk‑scale & beer‑stone deposits and inhibits new scale formationNouryon.
