Who we are ?

Founded in 2000, Sancai Industry Co.,Ltd is recognized as one of well organized manufacturer and supplier on chemicals. The headquater is Jinan city, the capatial city of Shandong province, we have two production base in Shandong and Jiangsu province. The sale office is in Jinan city –The capital of Shandong province.

What we do?

Sancai Industry is involved in supplying of fine chemicals, food and nutrition,personal care, medical intermediate etc, We can also  customize  chemicals for our customers. Our products are main used on medicals, industry cleaning, cosmetics, fertilizers, water treatment, textile, paper, resins etc. Taking advantage of innovative technology and excellent talents and through over 15 years of development,We have stabled good relation with clients in and abroad.

We can offer the product produced by Lab, Pilot plant and production base. we have independent analysis center.

• Labs

Now we have 5000 square meters laboratory has most necessary equipment for synthesis of chemicals from miligrams to 25kgs. We have 50 fume hoods including standard ones and walk-in ones.The 1L and 50L high pressure reactors enables us to carry out hydrogenation reaction requiring 1Mpa to 18Mpa.

• Pilot plant

We can produce chemicals ranging from 50kg to 1000kg, because we have well-equipped pilot plant with capacity up to 10 metric tonnes. The pilot plant has necessary reactors ,including glass lined and stainless steel reactors, from 50 liter to 1000 liter .These reactors enable us to carry out lots of reactions like Grignard reaction,hydrogenation,etc.

• Production base

Our production base covers an area of 50000 square meters,which is equipped with reactors of 50L,250L,500L,1000L ,2000L and 3000L ,distillation and drying facility, as well as other auxiliary facilities . we are able to carry out high pressure reactions with pressure up to 15 MPa. Reaction requiring low temperature ,as low as -78Deg C can be done in our production base.

The production base’s capacity of more than one thousand metric tonnes makes it possible for us to accept customer’s orders from 1 metric ton to 1000 metric tonnes.The facilities are well maintained and managed according to the requirement of ISO9001 and ISO 14001.

• Analysis center

Best quality product is the root of our survival. we control strictly quality throughout the whole process including raw material ,in-process control,production and finished product . Each step follows standard operation procedure in order to guarantee high quality of product.

By combining in-house analysis and third party test,we can test the product in an all-around way. Each of our product is checked by NMR to ensure structure is correct and by GC-MS / LC-MS  to make sure purity is up to specifications. Depending on product,we also carry out optical rotation or e.e purity test for chiral products.Other analysis can be also done like elemental analysis ,titration,C NMR,F NMR,P NMR etc.

We have 5 chemical doctors people, 10 graduate people, we have close cooperation with the research centers and famous universities in Beijing and Shandong. We have strong  technical support for the research power and productivity.
