Use of Span 60
Span 60 is well used in a W/O type food emulsifier, either alone or in combination with Tween 60, Tween 80 and Tween 65. In China, it is stipulated that it can be used in instant coffee, dry yeast, cream and hydrogenated vegetable oil, with a maximum usage of 10.0g/kg. The maximum usage in plant protein, fruit juice beverages, solid beverages, ice cream, milk, milk candies, chocolate, bread and pastries is 3.0g/kg.
