Usage of Benzoyl Peroxide
1. Polymerization Initiator for Resin Production
Free radical initiator for acrylate, vinyl acetate, styrene and methyl methacrylate polymerization. Widely used for acrylic resin, PVC and polystyrene synthesis.
2.Curing Agent for Unsaturated Polyester Resin
Low & medium temperature curing hardener for unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester resin in FRP, composite materials and casting industry.
3.Vulcanizing & Crosslinking Auxiliary for Rubber
Crosslinking agent for silicone rubber, fluororubber and SBS rubber, improves rubber mechanical strength and heat resistance.
4.Bleaching & Oxidizing Agent
Bleaching agent for flour, vegetable oil and wax; also used as antibacterial active ingredient for acne skincare and topical pharmaceutical formulations.
