Usage of Petroleum Resin
1. Tackifying Resin for Adhesive Formulations
Primary tackifier for hot melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives and solvent-based glues. Boosts initial tack, peel strength and thermal stability, compatible with SIS, SBS, EVA. Widely used in packaging tapes, labels, wood glue and disposable hygiene adhesive systems.
2.Road Marking & Coating Auxiliary Resin
Film-forming additive for thermoplastic road marking paint, industrial varnishes and anti-corrosion coatings. Enhances gloss, pigment dispersion, adhesion, water resistance and weather resistance of coating layers. Improves hardness and alkali resistance of finished paint film.
3.Printing Ink Functional Resin
Color-developing and quick-drying component for offset ink, gravure ink and solvent-based printing ink. Improves ink brightness, leveling property and fixation speed, reduces ink penetration into substrate.
4.Rubber Processing Aid & Reinforcer
Good compatibility with natural rubber and synthetic rubber, hardly interferes with vulcanization process. Acts as tackifier, softener and reinforcing agent for tires, hoses and rubber sheets, elevates rubber bonding performance with fiber cords.
