Usage of KH-560
1. Adhesion Promoter for Coatings & Paints
Improves bonding strength between organic coating and inorganic substrates including glass, metal, aluminum and mineral fillers. Enhances corrosion resistance, water resistance and weather resistance of coatings.
2.Composite Material Coupling Agent
Used in epoxy, phenolic and polyester composite systems. Modifies surface of glass fiber, silica powder and mineral filler, boosts interfacial adhesion, increases mechanical strength and impact resistance of composites.
3.Sealant & Adhesive Modifier
Applied in epoxy sealant, polyurethane adhesive and inorganic adhesive. Elevates adhesion to metal, glass and ceramic substrates, reduces shrinkage and improves thermal stability of cured products.
4.Filler Surface Treatment Agent
Surface treatment for silica, talc, kaolin and aluminum hydroxide. Improves dispersion of inorganic fillers in resin matrix, lowers system viscosity and increases filling capacity.
