Usage of HYDROTALCITE
HYDROTALCITE is well used on magnesium aluminum bicarbonate dihydroxide, which exists in its natural state in the form of leaves, rotating plates or fibrous clusters. Hydrotalcite and hydrotalc-like compounds possess unique layered structures and physicochemical properties, and they have the catalytic performance of shapselective adsorption with adjustable pore size, thus occupying an important position in the fields of adsorption and catalysis.
1.PVC & CPVC Industry
Acts as high‑efficiency acid scavenger and thermal co‑stabilizer. Captures HCl released during high‑temperature processing. Works synergistically with Ca‑Zn / Ba‑Zn stabilizer systems. Delivers good transparency for rigid & flexible PVC products, including pipes, profiles, films, cables and injection‑molded parts.
2.Polyolefin & Agricultural PO Films
Functions as acid scavenger for PE, PP to neutralize residual catalyst impurities. Provides far‑infrared heat‑retaining performance for greenhouse agricultural films without sacrificing transparency
