Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone (DHBT / Iscotrizinol) is a high-efficiency oil-soluble triazine UV filter with excellent molar absorptivity, mainly absorbing UVB (280–320 nm) and partial UVA II rays.
1. Sunscreen & Daily Cosmetics
It is the core ingredient for high-SPF sunscreen lotion, cream, spray, outdoor waterproof sun care, sun stick and lip balm. Only low dosage can significantly lift SPF value, effectively prevent sunburn, erythema and epidermal damage caused by ultraviolet radiation. It has great compatibility with conventional oil-soluble UV filters such as avobenzone, octisalate and octocrylene, widely applied in broad-spectrum sunscreen formulas for face and body.
2. Make-up & Skincare Products
