Usage of JADEWIN PA612
1.It is a special hindered‑amine light stabilizer (HALS) tailor‑made for polyamide (nylon) materials, combining light stabilization, thermal‑oxidation resistance and dye‑affinity improvement functions. It exhibits outstanding thermal stability under high‑temperature processing conditions of polyamide, hardly decomposes or volatilizes during melt spinning and injection molding procedures.
2.Greatly improves spinning processability of PA6, PA66, PA610, PA612 fiber, effectively reduces filament breakage rate in spinning production, enhances production stability of nylon fiber.
3.Provides long‑term photo‑oxidative aging resistance for polyamide end‑products. Captures free radicals generated under UV irradiation, inhibits yellowing, brittleness and mechanical‑property decline of nylon products exposed to outdoor environment, prolongs service life of polyamide fiber and molded parts.
4.Significantly improves light fastness of dyed polyamide fiber, enhances dye binding force for acid dyes and pre‑metallized dyes, prevents color fading under sunlight exposure, maintains bright and stable color performance of dyed textile goods.
5.Excellent compatibility with polyamide resin matrix, no blooming or migration issue on finished product surface. Suitable for nylon textile fiber, industrial yarn, carpet fiber, monofilament, thick‑wall injection‑molded polyamide components.
