1.Food & Beverage Acidulant & Stabilizer
Natural food-grade acidulant coded E334, widely extracted from grapes. It adjusts acidity and enriches fresh sour flavor for wine, fruit juice, soft drinks, candy, jelly and baked goods. Acts as antioxidant synergist to extend food shelf life, prevents pigment fading and controls sugar crystallization in confectionery. 2.Pharmaceutical Excipient & Chiral Resolution Reagent
